AlphaMint securely stores your data using a reputable third-party email service provider. We take all reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, unauthorized access, or misuse.

If this service provider is located outside the European Union (e.g., in the USA), data transfer is secured through legally recognized mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission, ensuring a level of data protection compliant with GDPR.

We will keep your email address only for as long as it is necessary for the stated purpose. You can withdraw your consent and request deletion at any time. Once the app is launched and the beta update list is no longer needed, we'll permanently delete your data.
